Chicken/ Lamb/ Beef cooked with ginger, garlic, green herbs and garnished with coriander and tomato… This is a very special South Indian dish.

BHUNA (Medium)

Chicken/ Lamb/ Beef cooked with medium spiced sauce, cooked with spring onions, fresh ginger, garlic and tomatoes topped with coriander.
